Math- We had a review of chapter 2, students received extra practices pages for 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 (only 1-10 on 2.3)
Writing- Today we elaborated on the three pieces to an argument paragraph. Student's had to pick claims for three different questions, list evidence, and add commentary. They then selected on claim to do further research on.
History- Introducing chapter 5, which is US history 1760-1776, we took a quick glimpse at the timeline and George Washington.
Science- We looked at computer simulations as models for science and then we talked about evaulating scientific explanations.
Reading- Students were assigned their small group books, and worked on their compari
